Le titre "Eye of the tiger", par Survivor, a été repris en français par Sylvie Vartan sous l'intitulé "Faire quelque chose", en 1982.
Elodie Frégé (2003) avait repris la version anglaise tout comme Amel Bent, en 2006.
Cette version d'Amel Bent est apparue dans le film "Astérix chez les vikings"
Chiara Mastroianni a aussi repris la chanson pour la bande originale du film d'animation de 2007, "Persepolis"
Deux reprises assez originales ont été faites par At Vance et, en 2005, par Paul Anka en version crooner.
Gloria Gaynor a aussi interprété sa propre version de même que Lorena ou Big Daddy.
Figurent aussi dans la base les versions de Hayseed Dixie et de Nighthawk.
En hébreu, Infectzia chante "Eyn ha'name".
Une version en catalan est chantée par Filferro alors qu'en chinois, "虎威 {hu wei}" est interprété par 鍾鎮濤 (Kenny Bee).
En tchèque, "Na buben dát vlastnà kůži" est chanté par Petra Janů alors qu'en allemand "Das auge des tigers" est interprété par F.O.X..
En néerlandais, "Teelfoohaiger" est chanté par WC Experience et "Oog van de tijger" par Bert Heerink.
En espagnol, "El ojo del tigre" est chanté par Isabel Gimenez et par Miki Martz.
Il existe deux parodies, "Theme for Rocky XIII" par Weird Al Yankovic et "I have do die first" par ApologetiX
La chanson apparait aussi dans le film "Jean-Philippe" avec Fabrice Lucchini et Johnny Hallyday.
